Mara went above and beyond to offer recommendations, bits of knowledge and stories of others who went through a similar experience when I asked for more info on certain topics. As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the job that Mara did. She printed the papers for me a walked me through everything line by line and took the time to make sure I understood everything and explained things in simple terms on items I was confused on. She also worked around my touch schedule. I travel for work, so while I was in Iowa, Oregon and Washington, she made it possible for me to continue learning, making progress, and making forward steps on my loan whenever possible. She understood my sense of urgency and made me feel valued. She made accommodations and offered to meet outside of her working hours. Everything was basically Idea. I understand now why she does not need to advertise, and her previous clients come back and refer other future clients. The business and the services are just that good! Thanks for everything as we will see each other again!
